    review rating 5  I love this company. A few years ago, I was in need of a new 2nd floor heat pump and outdoor unit. I sought multiple quotes from two well known local companies, and L&B Universal, who was recommended by a family friend. L&B's quote came in 20-30% lower on the exact same Carrier Infinity unit than the other two companies. In addition to a great rate, their quality of work was top notch! But the experience doesn't stop there. A few years after the unit was installed, we ran into an issue with the compressor and unknown electrical issues. L&B was extremely responsive and quick to dispatch technicians to resolve issues in a timely manner. They didn't give up until the job was done. They made me and my family feel like we were their only customer, dedicating their time and attention to ensure the unit was repaired and we were comfortable in our own home. Thank you for your time and attention, and personal experience!
